Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling · ANBI

As of 1 January 2025, Crypto Museum is a registered charity or Public Benefit Organisation (PBO). In The Netherlands this is known as an Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling (ANBI). More precisely, the Dutch Tax Administration recognises Crypto Museum as a Cultural ANBI, which means that we can accept gifts, legacies and inheritances — financially and otherwise — free from inheritance and gift tax. In some cases, such gifts are tax deductable for the donor [1][2].

Our ANBI/RSIN registration number is 862521774.

An ANBI is legally required to publish its financial records, and give insight into the composition of the trust board. The current members of the trust board are listed below, along with the financial records since 2021.
