5B/255M   CV391
5B/254M, 5B/255M and 5B/257M are indirectly heated beam tetrodes, first registered in 1957 by STC in London (UK). They are designed for use in HF and low-VHF applications, at frequencies up to 60 MHz. The valve is available in several versions, including one with a top anode connection (5B/254M) and one with solder leads (5B/254G).
