AH-11-Y is a rugged impact (needle) printer, introduced in 1979 by
Transtel Communications Ltd. in Naunton (UK)
for use by the German Army (Bundeswehr).
It is the military version of the AH-11 printer from 1975.
The AH-11-Y was used for reconnaissance and signals intelligence (SIGINT),
in particular in combination with the
Rohde & Schwarz GA-082 FSK Telex Analyzer.
