Jan Marginus Somer (22 October 1899 - 3 April 1979) was a Colonel of the Dutch Indonesian Army. During World War II (WWII) he was the head of the Dutch intelligence service Bureau Inlichtingen (BI) in exile in London. He is also one of the founding fathers of the secret Stay-Behind Organisation (SBO) Operatiën en Inlichtingen (O&I) that existed during the Cold War.
