Receiver auxiliary unit

EZ-100 is an add-on unit for existing EKD-100, EKD-300 and EKD-500
receivers, developed in 1979 by VEB Funkwerk Köpenick in former
East-Germany (DDR). It comprises an aerial selector, a preselection filter
(1.5-30 MHz), a diversity unit, a tuning indicator and an F1 abd F6
(tlegraphy) demodulator.
The device was intended for use by the East-German Army (Volksarmee)
and by the suppressive
intelligence service Ministerium für Staatssicherheit
(MfS), better known as the Stasi.
