Orion 2.4 is a non-linear junction detector (NLJD), developed around 2015 by Research Electronics International (REI) in Cookeville (Tennissee, USA). Part of the ORION family of TSCM devices, it is capable of finding covert listening devices (bugs) hidden inside walls or furniture.

The device is available for a price around USD 15,200 (2023).

In this promotional video, REI shows how the Orion 2.4 behaves with various targets and materials. The device is particularly capable of finding small modern communication devices, such as cell phones and SIM cards, but also regular RF bugs and hidden camera systems.
