Russia (РОССИЯ), also known as the Russian Federation, is a transcontinental country spanning Eastern Europe and Northern Asia. Geographically, it is the largest country in the world [1]. It was originally established as the SFSR after the dissolution of the Soviet Union (USSR) in 1991.
