MA-4430
Full duplex digital secure telephone - this page is a stub

MA-4430 was a digitally encrypted telephone set, developed around 1990 by Telsy in Turin (Italy) and marketed from 1993 onwards by Racal Comsec Ltd. in Salisbury (UK) as an OEM product. The device is identical to the Telsy Cryptophone 7000. According to the product leaflet [A], the device uses a proprietary Racal-Comsec encryption algorithm, but it is uncertain whether this is indeed the case or whether it uses the original algorithm developed by Telsy.
